there you go again.

there's only two people i want to talk to right now. but i'm getting bombarded with "how are you" texts. the gesture is sweet, but all i want to do is talk to stephanie.

i need to talk to her.

have you ever had a person you just NEED to talk to? and when you're not talking to them, all you can do is think about talking to them?

well stephanie is that kind of person for me. a best friend. she's not always there, but who is? really? no one is always available. recently it seems i've become more dependent on her for stupid things, but i kind of feel like i'm not as important to my other friends anymore.

and i dont mean to complain. that's not really what i'm getting at. i'm hardly around either, so my friends are bound to get closer to other people. its one of the terrible things about life.

plus i'm really tired of all the shit i have to deal with. again, not complaining. people deal with much worse than i do. i'm just sick of it all.

i spend so much time waiting. it's terrible.

oh and my car works again. woo.

ay, congratulations for making it this far. this is going to be a busy weekend on my end, if not stressful, given that now i don't have a car. D=

tonight is boys' varsity sectionals. exciting! i have to go and take pictures. wooo. it should be okay, maybe the other teams will have attractive boys on it or something.

i went most of the season without really worrying about that, but there will be literally a hundred teams there.

and tomorrow there's the girls' varsity sectionals. this is for swimming, by the way. i swam junior varsity last week. dropped time on my 100 freestyle. yesss.

after that, the part of the team that actually likes each other is going out to eat, because we're friends and we make plans like that. the other part of the team is mostly seniors, and they're all pretty mean and stuff.

whatever; their loss. i had fun with my group of new friends this year.

sunday, i'm going to do my speech, it should be great. then i'll try to get ahold of liz to go to her house to make my visual.

cool beans, then i have the rest of the week and into the next week to practice it. plenty of time. =D

oh that's strange.

well, i'm really bored.

hence the title of my blog. =D

i'm pretty much just hanging out.

but let me tell you about me.
my name is becky, i'm seventeen, and a junior in high school.

i like to drive; i pretty much do that shit all the time. except my brake line did exactly what i feared it would: it broke.

so i spent my whole snowday home, online, bored and doing homework and cleaning my room.
i sifted through colleges a little bit. but not really. i'm so nervous for college nowadays. it seems like it creeping up on me. i have another year of high school, but, that'll change too fast.

also, i'm scared because i'm not sure what i want to do yet and i don't want to end up in college for something i don't totally love. i'm really into american sign language, but i'm scared that's not what i want to do the rest of my life.

i love to write. i'll probably post poems and stories up on here, so you can let me know what you think. i would really like to write forever.

i'm not sure. oh. it makes me so worried.

so furthermore, i'm a nervous wreck of a high school girl.
